Can anyone guide me on a important issue?

I have got a job offer from a big software company one of top 7 .

The pay I am being offered is marginal 20% more than what I am
getting currently?

I will be getting a hike in a couple of months to the same range in my
present company.

What should I do ????

I feel I would get exposed to different projects in new company when
compared to present firm which is very small in size and operations.
But at the sametime ther is monitary consideration also there.........

Practically speaking people shift jobs for better renumeration [one of
many reason]

I am sole TW in present company and no one is there to guide or help
in documentation issues..................

Should I take up the offer or look for anyother company that offers
better package
????

Pls help.... Anybody faced such a dilemna hlpe me out

Warm Regards
Tech Comm.....
