Subject: Winword.exe Error
Problem: Mixed portrait/landscape document crashes when any attempt is made
to print any of the landscape tables.
Error message reads: The memory could not be "read." Click OK to terminate
the application.
Environment: WindowsNT4.0, Office 97/Word8.
Two different computers, two different printers print other mixed
portrait/landscape documents just fine. Same two computers and printers
print portrait pages in subject document just fine. They will print all of
the document up to the first landscape page where application crashes.
Changing page breaks to section breaks did not change it. Virus check was
null. Background repagination turned off. Unaffected by changing margins to
match table width.
It must be something in this particular document as the problem is
unaffected by being brought up on another machine or sent to another
printer.
Any words of wisdom greatly appreciated.
TIA
