Graphics as Variables in FramMaker?

Subject: Graphics as Variables in FramMaker?

I am a relative novice with FrameMaker and wonder if anyone can tell me
whether it's possible to us a small icon (an EPS graphic) as a variable
in a header, much like a chapter title?

We have a different postage-stamp-sized icon for each chapter of a book
and so far the only thing I can think to do is create new master pages
for each chapter.

For any suggestions, much thanks.

Brian
