Yes, I've had to be *very* creative when solving some process and page layout
problems. I've ended up using flow charts, illustrations, clip art, and other
graphical devices when the words weren't enough (a picture is worth...), I've
struggled to find a creative way to describe complex syntax, and I've walked
around the building asking other people for their ideas and thoughts.
I suppose I consider myself a creative technician. Or, as someone else
remarked recently (sorry, I forget who), I consider myself an artisan.
