Sorry for quoting you out of context. A case of snip-snip gone awry.
I guess in your case Customer Support will need to know how to address
these calls. I keep forgetting that locally delivered webhelp is
packaged with the product and not as easily fixed as an online copy.
And the online version doesn't have that problem.
Just keep smiling. Some of us still have to work in Word.
