This proliferation of warnings is itself a hazard:

WARNING! Excessive use of warning notices causes readers to ignore all
warning notices!

An example (that I may have cited before) is the Material Safety Data
Sheet, also known as the MSDS Sheet. (Yes. Sheet Sheet.) The ones for
Truly Dangerous Chemicals (H2S, H2SO4, NaOH, etc.) tend to get lost
among the flurry of those for Mostly Harmless stuff such as sand,
ethanol, and sucrose.
