The resolution of the screen does not change: in other words, it is hardware >dependant. If the brand of the monitor is the same, use the same pitch (120 dpi)

Remember also, if you have any graphics on the page, they only have the "information" ie number of pixel resolution that that graphics actually contain. If it is optimised for web delivery that will probably be 72dpi. I hope that this is not the case because if you are taking a screen shot of a graphic that has 72 dpi, you will not be able to improve on that resolution just by setting SnagIT or your screen resolution. It will look lousy whatever you do.

One solution, if you are working with the developers, is to get the original graphics from the designers and then paste them into your screenshot to get a better mockup.

If this doesn't help, just ignore me.
