I have to agree with you on that. I don't think it's hype. I'm trying to
get started in Tech Writing after
working very hard to complete a grad program (May) in technical and
professional communications. I've had internships and graduate
assistantships that have allowed me to write a lot. However, I'm having a
hard time finding work. I've applied for entry-level positions that require
2-years experience! What's that all about?!?

Anyway, I'm still searching because I know I can't give up. The thought of
starvation is the ONLY thing
keeping me going right now. :-)
