Michelle inquired about using Visio for TW projects.
Michelle:
I use mainly the block diagram template in Visio, and I love it. It works
perfectly for creating operational diagrams for some of the products we sell
(service and transport cards - telephony industry). The diagrams are easy to
create, manipulate, and edit. Visio is also useful for creating network
charts and maps. Play around with it and see what suits your needs; I found
it easy to learn.
