Along with suggesting a more efficient and effective alternative, you may suggest that, in light of your much more efficient and effective revision, the statement seems to contradict the principles of efficiency and effectiveness that it claims the company promotes.

How about offering them an alternative, such as:

"To make it easy for our customers to learn to use our products
so that they can provide the best service to their customers."
