packages our CD-ROMs are:

booklet
121 mm wide (+ 0 mm, -1 mm)
120 mm high (+ 0 mm, -1 mm)

back inlay card
width 151 mm (+ 0 mm, - 0.4 mm)
height 118 mm (+ 0 mm, - 0.4 mm)
