Are you sure about appending the HelpContextId? This causes
"invalid character" error messages in the compile. There is a ">" window
endnote that can specify a window in which to place the topic. However, the
topic is only directed to this window if the topic is accessed via a K-link,
A-link, or through the index or find functions but not through the TOC,
browse, or called as a context-sensitive topic.
