Bad spot to be in. They are probably taking it easy on you as you settle
in. They are also adjusting their work load to accommodate a new person.
Perhaps they are waiting for a new job, rather than giving you an old one
to work on. Whatever.

- Become very visible.
- Do samples and put them on your door.
- Do an absolutely splendid job when you get one.
- Find a mentor.
- Use apostrophes in your contractions <smile>
