Subject:Planning an on-line help project From:Ava Carmel <Ava -at- ESCMED -dot- COM> Date:Thu, 20 Aug 1998 10:37:16 +0300
I write User Manuals for pulsed light and laser medical devices, and I have
now been asked to write on-line help for these PC-operated systems.
Recently there has been a lot of material on the list about which tool to
use. But I am looking for something more basic, i.e. background material
about how to approach the subject of on-line help in general, and how to
plan and design an HTML on-line help project. Can anyone recommend a book
on this subject?
