I use ThumbsPlus from Cerious Software at http://www.cerious.com. Not
only does it quickly build sheets of thumbnails, it will automatically
hyperlink them to your images if you wish. It's a little pricey (US$60),
but I've used it so much over the last couple of years that I've easily
recouped the cost.
