The comments about teleworker location are on the mark. You may not have to
spend full time at the job site, but you are going to have to spend *some*
time there from time to time. It is, after all, difficult to send staff
meetings, progress meetings, discussions of problems/solutions, etc. via ftp.
As a contractor, you have to factor in the cost of travel when you quote a
job.
