Colleagues,

Those employers who still live in the Stone Age; i.e., that era in which the
SME is an infallible god, will clear their throats and get tense at the
mention of having TWs working on their doc. Those who have evolved from the
Stone Age to the Dark Ages will grudgingly admit that it is "cheaper" to hire
a couple of grunt writers to crank out the doc. The "truly enlightened"
managers will understand that well written and closely edited doc causes their
help desk costs to decline, leading to happier customers.

Now, all we need is a concrete way to prove it.
