I have a frustrated co-worker who's using Word's MasterDoc functions
(yech!) and wants Appendix A, B C headings on the last three chapters.
We've followed Microsoft's instructions to no avail. He's on a tight
deadline and pulling his hair. Anyone got a quick (or at least
reasonable) workaround for this problem?
