I don't know if you could call it cannon fodder for arguing that this
is the way the world is going, but Karen A. Schriver gets into the
subject of hardcopy vs. online docs in her swell book Dynamics of
Document Design (Wiley). She also brings up the question of the
acceptance of online documents versus the usefulness of their design.
