That's probably because Word 97 automatically converts existing templates to
its format without telling you. If RoboHelp is trailing the latest version
Word (which is surprising because they're usually pretty good at keeping
up), there may be an incompatibility between RoboHelp templates and the
converted versions created by Word 97.
A Word (you should pardon the expression) to the Wise: If your old templates
are important to you, don't open them in Word 97.
