Folio...anybody use this?

Subject: Folio...anybody use this?

Our VPs (who do NOT write documentation, by the way) are suggesting that
we start using Folio. I looked at the web page and printed the product
information, but still can't quite figure out what this would do for us.
Can someone please give me some information...good, bad, or ugly...
about using Folio (Views, Builder, Publisher)?

Currently we use Word 95 for printed docs and RoboHelp 4.0 for online
help. We're considering halting the printed docs except for a small
"Getting Started" guide with procedures for installation, configuration,
etc. We've been looking at Acrobat with possibly some enhancement tools
such as Ambia's Compose and/or New Aerial. I've corresponded with one
person from the WinHelp list who doesn't exactly "glow" about Folio.
They use it as a database. So any discussion of Acrobat versus Folio
would be helpful, too.

I need some REAL experiences as soon as possible. Please reply to me
directly if this not acceptable on the list.

Thanks...
