Subject: EMBEDDING URLS IN E-MAIL?

Can anyone tell me how to embed URLs in the text of e-mail? I am using
Netscape Navigator 3.0. I know how to attach, but not how to embed so
that the reader can click on the address and be taken to the internet.

Thanks.
