Dana asked about names for tooltips:
Open the People dialog box
Maintain People
Edit People
Modify People
Open People

I really like Edit and Modify People - how do I get this tool? There are a
few people I'd love to edit and modify!

But seriously folks, if that's my first response, it's going to be somewhere
in the awareness of your users. I'd suggest you use 'Records' rather
than 'People' to identify the topic. The set of actions you list (add, update,
etc.) is frequently called 'maintenance'. Call it Records Maintenance, and
people won't get confused. Unless they've been too heavily edited.

Regards,
Miki
