you cannot with standard hardware because the baud rate is set by a
frequency divider that is set to 1 for 115k.

You need a special serial card like the Zyxel SP111AT Serial/Parallel Adapter
Card. There are jumpers on it that multiply the normal clock frequency by 2 or
4. This way you can operate the serial interface at 460.8 kbps. It even has
32-byte FIFOs (instead of the 16 bytes of the famous 16550 chip). This way you
can even use the full speed of an ISDN line.
