We have a trademark page in the frontmatter that lists the ownership of all
products mentioned in the book. It follows the title page and identifies the
ownership of every product we refer to in the rest of the book. After that,
there is no reference to the company that owns the product. The TM symbol is
next to any registered trademarks ( ie. JSpace, PlantSpace) on the cover
and the title page. This is the only place we use the symbol.
