ISO is an international standard or guideline that companies are following
in the design and manufacture of goods. To be certified is becoming a
requirement to do business with a lot of international companies.
Many companies employ technical writers to write ISO documents.
These documents consist of writing the policies, procedures and
processes within each department that is affected by the manufacturing
