Hello all,
If this posting is too technical I apologize. Maybe someone could pass on a
relevant address.
I'm looking for help with Windows 3.11. What I need to do is essentially add
a flag to the command line for starting an application. In Windows 95 this
can be easily done via the Windows Explorer, i.e. View/Options/File Types and
then I created a new type and defined my application to use as C;\Reader5\frame.exe -reader. This activates the FrameReader product without problems (it doesn't
seem to work with the -reader).
Any-way, in Windows 3.11 the type is defined via Associates in the File menu
of the Window manager, but there is no option for adding flags, or is there.
I tried to look for the file that stores this info but so far I've had no luck.
Has any-one tried/succeeded to do this?
