Jean,
I've done what I think you're trying to do with frames and left margins etc
when I added an icon to distinguish certain code from others.
Any-way, this is my solution.
1.Create a paragraph tag to contain the icon e.g. Icon and make space below =0. This should bring the line below to the right of the paragraph symbol. i.e.
you'll have two tags on the same line - aha! It should also start at 0.00 (i.e. the First indent in the Basic page of the Paragraph Designer.
2. In the line with the icon paragraph tag, insert an anchored frame, and
so that the centre of the frame is equal to the text line, insert the frame
at insertion Point and Distance Above Baseline = -12 or whatever your font
size is. Note the "-" - this brings it below the base line and therefore
centered.
3. Add your icon (I drew a triangle on it's side, which looks pretty good. Get
in touch if you want the file).
4. After Icon's paragraph symbol, add your 4heading paragraph tag and it should
appear in line with the centre of the icon.

I think that should work. Let me know if it doesn't (I did it a while back).

Good Luck
