Object Solutions: Managing The Object-Oriented Project by Grady Booch
(Addison-Wesley; ISBN 0-8053-0594-7)
for some useful ideas on managing documentation for object-oriented
projects. The author comments on the role and structure of the following
documents: requirements, architecture, design, and end-user.
The book is brief, well-written and directed towards managers. It
includes a Summary of Recommended Practices and a Summary of Rules of
Thumb, several of which relate to documentation.
If others have come across references in the O-O world that usefully
address documentation, please post or e-mail.
