The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
In response to Kelly Leydon and Jodie Horowitz looking for
info on writing specifications, try IEEE ST 830-1984. You
have to pay for the standards, but if you're trying to be
ISO or IEEE compliant, this is the way to go. And even if
you don't neet to write to standards, this is a good starting
point.
