you should check out the Netscape documentation: There is none in the
distributed package, you are to access it through the WWW.

If the users of your application have continuous Internet access, you could
always send them single pages and always give them the most up-to-date
information. But don't expect anyone to download 7,000 pages through the
Internet. Remember, it is more like a data footpath than a data highway at
times.
