Something tells me that Cindy has been hit head-on by the
language barrier on this one, Liz. I browse the dtp and
graphics catalogs all the time and have never heard of a
graphics package named CGM or anything that would even
boil down to CGM.

Are you sure your Finnish friend doesn't want the files
in .cgm format??? A .cgm is a computer graphics metafile,
which is a fairly generic format accepted by most wp and
dtp packages. You can generate .cgm files from CorelDraw
for sure and probably from a lot of other graphics packages
as well.

.cgm files are vector-based (defined by points) rather
than raster-based (defined line-by-line, like a bitmap)
so they don't lose resolution when you resize them.

Hope this helps. If there really is a CGM program, let us
know how you like it! ;-)
