Hi Rikki,
In our Detailed Design Specification (DDS) docs, we number up to 4 levels,
all flush left since when you get to the nth level, indentation causes you
to have very narrow paragraphs.
We've tried both and we agreed to simply flush left and decrease the heading
font as we go deeper into levels.
