Whoever has FAQ material for this list really ought to share it.
Any topic on this list can be covered. A list of related LISTSERVs,
web sites, and newsgroups would be helpful; as would perhaps a list
of professional organizations.
An FAQ need not stop there however. To reflect the nature of these
discussions, an FAQ file could also address editorials about
terminological concerns, software comparisons, legal concerns,
as well as assertions about what makes a good technical communicator.
There are many hundreds of readers on this list, and a filelist would
no doubt be of use to many. A lot of this kind of info is probably
scattered all over the net, however since TECHWR-L is a major net hub
for technical writers, the TECHWR-L listerver would be a good location
for at least some of this.
