not there. The issue of quoting anyone never came up. I did not ask for it
or even imply that I propsoed to quote anyone verbatim. I have been
familiar with both the legal and the ethical/moral standards with respect
to quoting anyone for a great many years. When I wish to quote someone, I
get permission. Always.
