I am pleased to announce that the 18th Annual Practical Conference on
Communication (Oak Ridge, Tennessee, November 3-4, 1994) was a great
success! It was good to meet some of you in person at the conference
(including our own Lori Lathrop, who was a speaker). For those of you
who could not attend and have asked about a proceedings, _Proceedings:
