Strongly disagree. One of the advantages of the net is access
without bureacracy. Also, nonprofits should not have to fund
the overhead of multiple queries--they're stretched pretty
thin as it is.
Consider getting a better reader. ELM works well if you're on
UNIX. You can q out of a long post whenever you want, or avoid
reading it by inspecting the length before you browse.
