Re: effective way to ask for reader feedback on a help topic

When I worked at one company, our name was on the pages and we responded to
comments. For the less inclined, it causes unnecessary disturbance. A good
company would recognize the expertise of their docs team as support workers
and when a specific doc member is requested by a customer then they should
allow this interaction.
