I send from my GMail account as robert -at- lauriston -dot- com -dot-  "Treat as an
alias" is checked.

If your domain is hosted by G Suite, I think this covers the SMTP and
port settings:

https://support.google.com/a/answer/176600

The username and password would be for that G Suite email account.
