In migrating to GitHub and arranging things alphabetically, they seem
to have thrown away a lot of useful content and helpful organization,
as well as all the illustrations. The result is that it's not nearly
as useful for some things.
The PDF is garbage, just a machine-generated dump of the web version,
with all the links pointing to the web site.
