If you type Andre' into google, it doesn't come up with any main listings
on the first page, but the related searches section at the bottom of the
page does come up with some listings spelled Andre'. I've attached a screen
shot, if it comes through.

Wikipedia doesn't show any listings on that search, but I did search in the
English version.

The possessive version, if this rendering is accurate? I think I'd go with
Andre's. Anything else would look like a typo, and there would likely be
other text in the singular non-possessive to clarify the referent.

OTOH, what if there were multiple Andre's? If accurate, I'm curious if the
name is from a foreign language, or if it's an instance when someone was
being creative. It's astounding the weird constructions I've seen for
names. Yet I'm used to standard academic or tech-style English, so perhaps
they aren't so strange when thought of from peoples' background language.
