At one dot-com start-up idealistic failure I worked for the owners told me to come up with a "big" title. I chose human interface engineer. It was a nonsense description for web application designer but it does connect with "content curation" in that it uses words we know with words that people do not use, let alone know. What is "curation"? "Sanitation engineering" sounds like re-purposing garbage, which I think is probably accurate. "Content curation" sounds like the work of a director of the museum of content and I have no clue what that could be.
