RE: Print only PDF pages that have comments

If you print a PDF with comments after clicking Summarize Comments, you will get a summary page of comments after every page that actually had comments. My three page document became six pages as a result.

Alas, a big heap o' nothing happens. The Print dialog box returns, unchanged. All the print options are the same.
