I clicked "Printing Tips" at the bottom of the Print screen in Acrobat X, and was directed to a help page on the Adobe website. From here I found a help page called "Printing Comments". This page shows how to print comments in Adobe 9 and Adobe X. Apparently some of the options in Adobe 9 are not available in Adobe X, one of which is printing "Comments Only". I would suggest going to that help page for more details..

Alas, a big heap o' nothing happens. The Print dialog box returns, unchanged. All the print options are the same.
