I can't speak for the Mac, but both those functions work fine in Word
2010. Even better, SHIFT+F5 (and a lot of other Word keyboard shortcuts)
now work in Outlook 2010.

Subject: Word 2010 and Macintosh Question
Hi. I have been searching for the answers to these questions but have
not been successful.
I discovered through this list that in Word 2007, ALT+LEFT ARROW is a
very workable fix due to the fact that SHIFT +F5 does work in Word
After clicking on a hyperlink, ALT+LEFT ARROW returns user to source
location of hyperlink in document.
1. My question is: Do both SHIFT+F5 and ALT+LEFT ARROW work in Word
2. Do these commands work the same way in Word on a Macintosh?
