Second that TUV recommendation. If you are planning to ship to CE
countries, and especially if you are planning to ship medical equipment
or anything else that could potentially injure or kill if operated incorrectly,
do-it-yourself CE analysis is playing liability Russian roulette. Just don't
go there.
