Tammy, I think your source would be Janice Gelb, who wrote on Sept. 26:
"There are only two current editions, and a third one is scheduled to be
released in print in early November. (It's currently available online to
Safari subscribers.) There is no fourth edition."

On one of the many lists that I subscribe to, someone posted a link for
an always accessible online version of

I have googled and googled and can find only references about buying the
guide, not using it online.
