You can access the guide online only if you have
a subscription to Safari Online. It is available
at http://techbus.safaribooksonline.com/9780137058280

The printed version is also now available through
Amazon or InformIT 
(http://www.informit.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0137058268). Buying the 
book through
Informit.com also provides you with access to the
online version. Not sure whether that's true for an
Amazon purchase.
