Then you might check out Aptana Studio.

There's a free version (open source) and a Pro version (very
reasonable). The thing I like about it is that it has a way to verify
how your code looks in several browsers, just by clicking a tab at the
bottom of the page, and it has lots of references and tips associated
with the coding page. There are plug-ins for Ruby, Eclipse, etc.
