could someone test a form in OLD versions of WORD for me (pre Word 2000)

Hi All,
I designed a form in Word 2003 and tested in this and Word 2000.
A customer has used the form and is getting a message that the form was
made in a newer version of Word, and has been converted to a format that
can be worked with. It also says that features that do not exist have
been removed.
The form makes heavy use of {REF Bookmark} fields and drop-down lists.
Is there anyone out there who could test the form for me and advise if
these fields work in an older version of Word?
I need to know, because those customers would have to enter a lot of
information by hand that the form automates. There are no macros in the
form.
